Build Info.

Axle mounting Blocks and the stock screws from your Micro Crawler are need to mount

these blocks to the axle

Mount as shown make sure the angled lower holes are in the right direction angleing up toward the Center of the Chassis and tranny see picture below repeat on second axle

Cut out the Hanger Brackets using an exacto knife or something similar

and trim the small bur with the exacto knife or something similar

Take to of the shackles make sure you get one with larger holes and put it on

the out side of the chassis and one with smaller holes on the inside and use

a 6mm screw to fasten them you will need to debur the spring before installing

Using an exacto knife or something similar then mount the spring

to the chassis make sure not to over tighten or you will strip the inside shackle

and they will not rotate freely if they are to tight.

 

Mount the spring as shown below and again do not over tighten.

 

Mount the rear shock plates as shown below again

larger holed bracket on the outside smaller holed on

the inside tighten snug but again dont over tighten.

 

 

Mount spring as shown below again do not over

tighten.

 

Mount the rear spring the same way as above see pic below for

reference on direction and placement of rear spring and

mount the other side of the chassis  as shown in the previous instructions.

 

Take the 1”x1” foam tape and place it on the top of the front axle then place the servo on

top of the foam tape as shown below.

Then you will place the stock chassis braces from your micro in similar positions below in the

original SMC chassis kit.

LOSI MICRO CRAWLER WHEEL WIDENER BUILD INSTRUCTIONS

 

 

BLADE TMC KIT for the Losi Micro Crawler

Install Front shock mount/cross brace as shown below

Install Rear Shock mount/cross brace just as you did the front

Next get your 2 roll bars windshield, and rear window frame

Install as shown below

You Will need to Cut the 90 degree cross brace from your Losi Micro Crawler into

2 cross braces, you will use the half in the picture with the X on it for the rear Cross brace.

Install Rear cross brace as shown below make sure to slide it into the back of the roll

bars as shown

Install Front Cross brace as shown below using the other cross brace that was cut from

the original 90 degree brace from your Losi Micro Crawler

This is the frame built and ready for the axles, tranny ect.

You will need to remove the Case around you ESC/Receiver from your Losi Micro Crawler

and wrap it in Black tape or something Similar for protection.

Install Upper links in bottom hole on chassis sides.

Install Shock mount cross braces in the center slit with the 5mm Philip screws.

Install upper shocks in top holes on shock mount cross braces.

Here the upper shocks are mounted in the upper holes of the shock mount cross brace.

Mount the Rear shocks just like you did the front.

 

Reinstall the Roll cage as shown in the beginning of this build info.

The body panels can be painted with lexan paint and can be glued with 5 minute epoxy.

These are basic build instructions for the Blade TMC chassis using the stock links, there is

alot of different setup options play around with it and enjoy.

Blade SMC for the Losi Micro Crawler

Instructions:

Make sure to leave screws Slightly loose so the Springs can flex Smoothly.

Mount Servo as Shown below.

This is similar to how the Servo should look on your SMC chassis, you will need to use

a longer servo horn. The stock servo horn is to short, if you have any questions let us
